All equipment will receive a free 24 hour burn in period on the bench and are again retested.
Our turnaround is typically 1-2 weeks once we receive your equipment unless waiting on parts or manuals.
There will be a nominal fee added if manuals need to be ordered.
Connecticut residents must pay CT sales tax, which is 6.35%. Same applies for items picked up by out of state customers. Bank Teller check only if shipped, cash if picked up
We can make house calls for an additional fee which is determined by your location.
We cannot control how equipment is handled during shipment so we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged during shipping. Customer is to pay fedex direct for packing and shipping fee's.

We will not cut corners; we will only fix products correctly with the right parts in order to make sure of the highest quality. Please do not request for us to use substandard parts.
Tube amplifiers can be dangerous; they have voltages within which are lethal. We will not be responsible if you, in any way, harm yourself, your property or anybody else.
All used items guaranteed to be as described. We usually ship the same business day if the order is placed before 4 pm.
If full payment has not been received within one business week of completion of work, a storage fee of 25 dollars per week can be charged. Item will not be released until it has been paid.
Any Item or repair item will be considered abandoned if no payment or contact is made within a period of 3 months after completion of repairs.

A nominal fee of 120 dollars is due for diagnosis and will be charged if decide to not follow through with the repair. This fee will be absorbed into repair bill cost if follow through with the repair.
